It works well. It has charged my Ryobi one plus 18 volts and other Nic batteries. Would buy it again.

I've had my Ryobi drill forever it seems, and every couple of years I've had to get new batteries as the old ones wouldn't keep a charge. Well- Ryobi changed their batteries -- for the better -- and I ended up getting one that holds a charge 6x longer than my previous cells. The problem? My old chargers wouldn't recharge it. Enter this charger. BONUS: It will charge both the new and the old style batteries. And it works just fine. Zero complaints. It's a little larger than my previous chargers, but that's okay - I'm needing only one of them instead of two, as before. If you have a trusty Ryobi and want to keep it - do so. The new batteries work great. You'll just need this charger to keep 'em energized.

I ordered this and it lists my drill as one this charger would work for. I plugged the battery into it and it blinks for a couple of minutes and then the green light goes on solid saying it was charged - it is not charged. I tried it several times but it would not charge the battery.

This charger is great! My old Ryobi Drill stopped charging. I wasn’t sure if the issue was the batteries not holding charge any more, the charger not charging well enough, or both. So I went ahead and bought this charger and some new off-brand batteries. Problem solved!! This charges WAY better than the charger that came with my drill! Only complaint is that this charger is HUGE! But it’s totally worth the size for how quickly and well it charges my drill batteries! The light-up indicators are also very helpful to tell how long you need to keep your battery charging. As long as you have a spot to keep this big charger, I highly recommend it!!!
