Been using for a couple of years. It works great, easy clean and use. Not amazingly looking for its extremely functional and of good quality.

This APTSPADE knock box is exactly what I needed for my home espresso setup. It’s the perfect size—small enough to sit neatly next to the machine but large enough to hold several pucks before needing to empty it. The build feels solid, and the rubber bar is firm yet cushioned enough to knock out grounds without damaging the portafilter. Super easy to clean, too. If you make espresso at home regularly, this is a must-have accessory. Great quality for the price.

I was looking for a simple countertop knock box to accompany my Breville Duo Temp Pro espresso machine, as I was getting tired of needing to walk all the way across the kitchen to dump the coffee puck in the garbage, along with the inevitable drips on the floor. The price on this was perfect (less than $10) and the photos and reviews presented what looked to be a solid product that would work for what I need. I was a little concerned this would be too small, but figured it would at least help keep the kitchen clean, even if I needed to empty it every couple of days. It arrived and looked just like the item in the photograph. It's a perfect size to hold a solid week+ worth of coffee pucks between my daughter and myself. It makes cleanup simple and easy. Emptying out the knock box into the backyard composter for our garden is simple, and so is cleanup of the knock box afterward. It has more than enough capacity to handle 12+ coffee pucks, meaning we can go a solid week at a time between needing to empty it out. The black finish make sit attractive to leave on the countertop or on the drip tray of the espresso machine, yet it's small enough to put back in the cupboard with the rest of the coffee gear when not being used. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Knocking out espresso pucks is an easy ask to do for this gadget. It’s rubberized so it doesn’t make a jarring sound when you knock out the puck. Easy to clean and store as well.

Let me start off with the positives: this knockbox is compact with minimal counter footprint, it doesn't slide around on the counter due to the rubberized foot, the rubberized bar won't damage your portafilter, and it's very easy to clean and empty due to the design. Its affordability and generous capacity, often accommodating a week's worth of pucks are great. However, the knock box's main drawback is its easily dislodged crossbar. This design flaw frequently results in messy spills, as the bar tends to move when knocking out coffee pucks. Not only does it bounce a little since it's just resting in the notch, but occasionally will slide to one side or the other, coming completely loose and forcefully slipping into the container. The crossbar should have been designed from a slightly less flexible core material and should be at least a half an inch or a full inch longer so it stays in place better. I held off on this review to see how it performed over a few weeks, and unfortunately with use the crossbar seems to get progressively looser with time with use, resulting in more frequent displacement. I now end up putting a hand on one end of the crossbar to keep it in place every time I use it. Ultimately, while this does the job, I'd look at other options for knock boxes.

Novice barista, so take this with a grain of salt. It's light-weight, but sturdy. The rubber bar is nice and thick. The bucket is small, and I saw other reviews saying it's a bit messy, but if your pucks are solid, it should go in without mess

Perfect companion for a coffee machine at home. Product even has rubber base to sit firm on any surface. The knocker also made of strong solid rubber and not plastic. Highly recommend!
