I work on the computer every day and then spend most of my evenings scrolling on my phone. I have been dealing with chronic tension headaches and feeling totally drained for years. It occurred to me to try blue light blocking glasses and I bought a few cheap pairs that offered some relief. I decided to look for a quality pair and found these. I live in these glasses now! They really work and my symptoms are 100% gone. I love how comfortable the glasses are and so durable. I will be purchasing another pair as a backup because I never want to suffer like that again. I wear contact lenses so I wanted some blue light filter glasses to use while I have my contacts in. These glasses are light, comfortable and work great! The blue light blocking effect is just as good as my RX glasses from my optometrist. The frames are of high quality, as good as my RX frames from my optometrist!
