Breakfast sauces.
I don't eat hollandaise sauce, but my wife loves it for her birthday breakfast, and McCormick did a wonderful job with this package. All I had to do was add water, one stick of butter, the package of hollandaise and stir. She loved it and has frozen some of it for a future meal.

Terrible quality control. Box it came it was fine but packet inside box opened.
Packet arrived opened (seasoning all over) and isn’t eligible for refund.

Just what you want in this sauce
Very good sauce for eggs Benedict

Not a Traditional Hollandaise
Following the directions, the sauce was a light-yellow color but unusually thick. This sauce lacked the lemony flavor characteristic of Hollandaise, so it took a tad of "doctoring" to get the flavor paired appropriately with eggs benedict.
