Perfect SUV
My nephews love this car! The 3 year old drives like a pro and his 9 month old brother sat in the passenger seat for over 45 minutes enjoying the ride. We had to make them come inside and they cried when we took them out of the car. Perfect gift for them and they both fit in the car comfortably.

Very impressed with this company! My son loves this SUV!
I purchased this product for my son and he was instantly in love with it! Very easy to assemble and looks pretty well built. Unfortunately the battery would not charge. When I contacted them to ask if they would send a new battery to see if that resolved the issue they promptly did one better. THEY SENT A WHOLE NEW SUV! It works great! They were very responsive and apologetic. Its great to deal with a company that wants to make things right and goes the extra mile. I don't fault them for the battery at all as sometimes things just don't go right. They have a stellar reputation in my book and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Bravo!

Looks nice but that's about it
7 July 2021Purchased the red 12V 2 seater. At this point if I could give a 0 star review I would, but will be happy to edit this based on the responsiveness of the seller.I CANNOT recommend anyone buying this product. Here's why, and keep in mind I am no mechanical novice. Spent most of my career within a highly technical mechanical field.1. Battery was completely useless right out of the box. Charged exactly as described in the instruction booklet - charged for 10 hours being careful not to power on the toy while charging. Once charged, getting the vehicle to power on and sync correctly with remote was a near 30 minute ordeal that made zero sense. Battery held a charge for only a few minutes before completely dying.2. Rear wheel components and hardware needed modification. The wheels began to literally fall off and disengage the drive assembly during the short ride my 3 year old took around the front yard, and once we flipped the truck over to inspect, realized the cotter pins that originally held the axle and wheel "hub" together were falling out. Fortunately I had some heavier duty versions in my tool box to install... otherwise this would have required a trip to the hardware store which is huge headache on a new purchase.3. Don't ever flip this thing over to make repairs or clean. The wiring harness and connectors will loosen and come out. Had to spend a ridiculously frustrating amount of time retracing the wiring assemblies and reinstalling connectors in their correct spot. If someone doesn't understand how this stuff works, they would probably kick the toy to the curb by now.4. Pending a replacement from Aosom, we have a dead stick unit taking up space in the garage. Our 3 year old still LOVES this toy, but I can't explain the extreme disappointment over his inability to play with this thing. Customer service responded within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement on July 4th - not sure if they meant a battery or a whole new unit. Guess we'll see. Decent response time even over the holiday weekend which was a plus. They did offer to provide tracking but I have not received it yet... will follow up with them today. Hoping I can upgrade this review within a few days. But for now, I recommend staying away from this item. For what it's worth, there are a few good points though:1. Original assembly was quite easy; look on youtube for the video and it will take you less than 10 minutes. The written instructions that come with it are a TOTAL no-go.2. During the few minutes that everything synced and functioned correctly, it was a nice little toy. Remote is a nice feature to help the kiddos, went into the grass with ease and the lights are a nice feature.

Kids love it! Required some troubleshooting to get it working…
Just want to to start off by saying my two boys love this! It works great. I have a 6 and 3 year old boys and they can ride it together comfortably. Perfect size for the 6 year old, and my 3 year old will need some practice but there is plenty of room for him to grow into. The only reason it is not a 5 star is that I had to spend a good amount of time figuring out why the thing wouldn’t initially turn on or charge after I put it together. Turns out I had to take the battery completely out of the car, and once out, I had to also then remove it from the plastic case to get to the battery. Not until then could you see that the one of the plugs was detached from the battery terminal. Obviously this was the issue. I plugged it in, put it back together, and worked like a charm! I thought it was pretty easy to assemble using the video. Battery life seems good so far. Kids are using it like crazy and hasn’t died yet. I havent even bothered with the remote control.

Even a single mom can build
Well at first glance I was so overwhelmed. I come home to a huge box, as big as me, on the doorstep. I managed to drag the box inside. I was sure I’d have damaged the parts with how much I rolled the box haha. But I got it to the kitchen and unboxed it. Took me 3 hours of semi-focused attention to build. Mostly because I had to unscrew parts and redo them cause I missed a step. But I did it with no help aside from the printed directions 🤷🏻♀️ Not bad! My son is so excited. As are my cats. They think it’s for them!!

My son loves it!
After a TON of research we la ded on this 'power wheel'. I love the remote as my son is still.learning his boundaries as to where he can ride. The battery lasts long enough. Love the grip on the wheels...gets up our hills without issue. My son loves the music and that it has working headlights. Overall a great purchase. But it was a PIA to put together....give yourself some time to get it assembled.

Grandson loves it but battery dies quick.
Bought as a Christmas present for my 1 year old Grandson. He loves it but the battery dies very quickly and takes a long time to charge. Need to buy 4 batteries if you want it to last for at least an hour. The remote is ok. Make sure to stay close to the truck or it won't work. I have friends with remote cars that work much better. Had someone else put it together for me because they had to use drills and saws on some of the truck to get the tires to fit so I would not say it is easy to assemble. Cute truck once it was together. I would recommend the truck but I would suggest buying it all ready assembled with extra batteries.

So far this jeep seems perfect for my 2year old and 4 year old. Upon unpacking and assembly, we noticed the steering wheel wires were disconnected so we quickly reinserted then to the connector but found that solution didnt work long. I got ahold of aosom and they resolved the issue without hassle and customer service replied quickly. VERY pelase with their customer service so far! The jeep now runs as if there was never a wiring disconnection.
