Does this also come with a cylicone rubber sleeve?

No. Just the strap for the outside/carrying and the case. I love it! Wish I would have gotten something you can carry and hear at the same time though.

Does it fit a “jbl charge essencial“, 213x89.7x87 mm?

I’m not sure I have a JBL 4 and it works great. It’s sturdy and well made. I enjoy mine

Nice carrying case!

Put this to use the day that I received it. Needed something I could put the speaker in, as well as some charging cables, charging block, etc., and this was it.It came with a shoulder sling too, although I haven't used it. i was able to fit a charging block in one side, then several charging cords in the other pocket space. it has areas formed for the top and bottom of the speaker, so you don't have to guess was is the top or bottom, which I thought made the ease of use better.This was used around the pool, at the lake, and on vacation by the beach. it did a great job at protecting my speaker and contents from general handling, but also kept the rain and water out. I was even able to leave the speaker in the case and kind of prop it open, which was more for blocking the sun than anything else.If you have a charge 4, I'd recommend this case for it!
