This Ketocal is good for my child, she has been on it for years.

This is a medical food product designed for patients with intractable epilepsy and other conditions where the ketogenic diet is indicated for medical nutrition therapy. It tastes how you would expect for something that is 4x as much fat as (carb+protein)— not delicious but not completely awful. However its usefulness is more important than the taste. Ignore the ignorant reviews that spotlight specific ingredients that as “unhealthy”— those individuals do not understand the purpose of this formula. Because it is powder, you reconstitute it yourself and can dilute as desired. I’ve tasted it mixed with drip black coffee, and it improves the taste significantly (if you like coffee). Tastes almost (almost...) like a very strange vanilla latte. I recommend this formula, to be used as directed by your physician or Registered Dietitian.

i have not bought it and wouldn't. it is not healthy with hydrogenated Soybean oil and aspartame. It does not say the soybeans are non gmo, so more than like they are.

Does t expire, great to have on hand in case we run out of our liquid.

Wasn't what I thought. Did not taste like I thought, but I do believe it works if you use it consistently. I measured it out as listed, and it did not taste like a shake, but like watered milk. I did not like the taste, but the product seems ok.
