After my German Shepherd dog received her most recent 3-year rabies vaccine, she all of a sudden started losing large amounts of hair, had hot spots, dander, massive itching and was licking herself terribly! I started using this shampoo and conditioner to give her sponge baths over the really bad areas and her hair and skin was super soft! It had a great smell did not have any residue after drying on its own and my dog seems to like it too! It really clears up the loose dander on her skin and in her fur every time I use it! It's a great price for a great product!

My beautiful chocolate chihuahua was recently suffering from pretty bad brittle hair and excessive shedding as result of (undiagnosed) hypothyroidism. Though her hair health was improving once we started treatment, her skin appeared to be very dry and flaky and only getting worse (not sure if that is a side effect of the treatment). I couldn’t pet hair without mounds of flakes piling up on the top of her coat and it was never like that. I decided to try this shampoo and the guava leave in conditioner after reading other positive reviews and well all I can say is I’m so impressed. I was skeptical that it would work as well as it has but her coat is the shiniest I have ever seen it and there is like no flakes, one here and there 99.9% improvement, and that is today, nearly a week after only the first use, and I didn’t rinse and repeat as it suggested for best results. I just did one wash, massaged her as I let it absorb, rinsed, towel dried her and then rubbed in a few pumps of the leave in conditioner, and voila it’s like a miracle. She isn’t scratching anymore either, not that she was an over itch-er, but I didn’t realize her occasional itching was because of the dry skin she was suffering with. The smell is very light, almost unnoticeable, but she doesn’t stink either, she still smells clean and she’s that type of dog that smells like a dog when she comes in after being in the sun. Her coat and skin look so incredibly healthy that it makes me want to use it on my long wavy/slightly curly locks; with the little ingredients it has it’s probably better than the expensive stuff I use. Will absolutely purchase again and again as long as it gives her the relief she deserves. So happy I bought this and so is my chocolate baby.

Great product great lather and smells nice

I have used other Warren London products. The whitening really whitens, the conditioner really helps with the tangles, but this stuff? Two of my dogs got muddy. Up to their elbows and all around their little faces. They are bernedoodles. There was so much mud that it was going to be difficult to brush them before bathing. 😒 I just decided I would bathe them as is, and put conditioner on before their blow out, and brush as I was drying. By the time I got to the hair dryer, I gave up. I just decided the blow them dry without conditioner and then do the conditioner and the brush out later. Dried them, and their fur felt SO AMAZING. I mean, I have used the WL products, but this was a different level. They FELT cleaner, the are softer (WITHOUT added conditioner), AND the brush goes right through their hair. Except for their tails, which are longer and more course hair. My dogs have between 1" and 2" long hair, so this could make the difference, but this stuff is way better than expected. So, I put the WL conditioner on their tails, and I don't have to do the rest of their body. Maybe when their hair gets longer it might be required, but right now, super happy with just how good they feel. They were always soft, but indescribable how much more soft they are now. Big jug, good price. Smaller bottles are more expensive, of course. You will need to buy a pump. Be sure to get the extra long ones and cut them down to size.

Saves money when we have five dogs to wash! Does not cause any skin issues and it cleans their fur nicely.

Nice shampoo for my dog, leaving nice clean smell, no perfume smell, as my dog doesn’t tolerate that kind. Left his fur soft. Would buy again.

So far so good. Have used this a couple times on my 10 month old shih tzu, and so far it relieves his itchy skin, and also helps cut down on the bath time having the shampoo and conditioner all in one. No issues with residue like some other shampoos I’ve used in the past. **Update 2025** Still using this for my shih tzu. No complaints, his skin and coat look great. Will continue using this. I use a different shampoo for his face/head, but this does the job for the rest.

Smells fantastic

This product smells nice and is quite a big bottle. However you need alot to clean a small dog and it’s an open neck bottle so lots comes out at once and not knock friendly whilst cleaning the dog
