Kids love it
The media could not be loaded. I like this waterfall it was confusing on putting it together and the motor is loud they may wanna try and refigure that it’s great for Christmas time and the water stays clean the lights are such a conversation piece

Looks can be deceiving
Very expensive product . Big and bulky when delivered. Very hard to put together instructions were very vague

Leaks shorting electrical and ruining my floor
This product lasted one week and I reported it leaking and loosing water by the gallons it shorted all electrical circuits bubbled my vinyl plank flooring. I have been waiting 3 months for repair or replace and I have nothing

Pretty to look at, but makes constant motor noise
The look of the water feature is very cool. It does have a constant ‘hum’ sound that can be annoying if you are putting it somewhere that is supposed to be calming. You will also have to email the company for assembly instructions. It doesn’t come with it. Not sure why.

Unique and Helpful Product
Great product, the only concern is the pump is very loud otherwise this product is amazing especially for my purposes

Beautiful, But Poor Quality
This bubble wall is beautiful to look at in general, but way over priced; the quality was not good. I had it for about a week before it started to leak. The remote only turned on the lights and not the pump. To turn it off I had to unplug it. When you set it up MAKE SURE THE DRAIN IS CLOSED! It didn't come with instructions, so I had to contact the company. If you need to return, make sure you get TWO return labels because it comes in 2 boxes, I received 1. Was inpatient and paid for shipping the base with insurance that cost me around $43, thinking I'd be reimbursed...did not happen; I receiveda credit, but the return shipping IS free. Would've given it 2 stars, but the customer service was good, so gave 3 stars(I received a full refund). This could've been a wonderful item if they used quality materials and lowered the price.

Annoying noisey pump
Everything is okay but the electric pump. It makes a very loud humming noise. I'm considering returning the item for this reason.
