Will ease your cramping!
Took these for the first time this past weekend on a lone 10-mile run. The taste is yummy, but you definitely need some water with you to wash them down. I took one at mile 2 and one at mile 6. As someone who has had issues with cramping during my running journey, I think I have found my holy grail. It felt like my muscles were fed. They were easy to take. Just grab one, pop it in your mouth, chew and maybe wash it down with water. Two days later, and I haven't experienced cramping on my calves for the first time since I started my running journey. Highly recommend.

Tastes terrible
Watermelon flavour tastes like salty watermelon candy mixed with Italian salad dressing. It's disgusting.I have had the orange before and it was pretty good. I would never get these watermelon ones again.

Nah.
I wish I would have dug deeper on the nutritional profile of this product. The “benefit” vs. value rating is horrible. Overpriced and tiny. Flavor is not horrible. All in all there are so many better product on the market for equal or less pricing.
