Most Delicious gluten free pizza
This was delicious! perfectly crispy, good flavor. The cheese and sauce tasted great and the crust was tasty, but crispy (I wish I could find a gluten free crust that was stretchy and soft like real pizza, but alas, this will have to do). I usually find myself choking down too soggy or too dry cardboard crust that just tastes off when I buy a gluten free pizza (Udis was just terrible, the cauliflower ones taste like vegetables...). Now I have found a brand I like! I cooked it according to the directions for about 14 mins and it was golden, smelled terrific... I could go on

Works for my low carb needs
I am sure different people are eating this pizza for various reasons. In my case I have cut my carbs and I’m looking for food that supports my new lifestyle (no I don’t do the keto diet). A lot of reviews mentioned how thin the pizza crust is but for me it was expected because I can’t have a nice thick crust and expect 25% of the carbs. I followed the directions, and within the last three minutes of cooking I added turkey pepperoni, a little mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and crushed pepper flakes. This was an acceptable substitute for me ….. again, knowing that I am doing low-carb I have adjusted my expectations to all substitutes because they never taste like the real deal.

Currently my favorite gluten free pizza.
I love this brand and pizza! I've been putting them off for a long time but finally decided to give them a go because they are currently on sale right now and boy am I glad I did. I've tried almost every gluten-free pizza I've come across and for whatever reason, many of the cauliflower crust kinds hurt my teeth. Not that there too hard but something in the ingredients is causing my teeth to become sensitive. (Most of them all contain sugar and I've kicked sugar for over a year now so maybe that's it because I eat a lot of cauliflower products such as riced cauliflower and I never have a problem with other stuff.) I love the flavor, texture, and everything about this pizza. The only thing I could ask to improve is using sprouted almonds instead because almonds are only truly nutritious when sprouted. Please try this [pizza and the other flavors. My favorite so far is the Margarita. Thanks for reading!

Overpriced and flavorless
This is way overpriced and it’s a really small and thin pizza. It felt like eating a cracker with sauce and cheese. The only flavor that you can taste is all the salt that’s thrown in. If your diet permits, find a different pizza because you will definitely be disappointed in this one.

Almond flour is the best
Everything Cappello's makes is delicious and has good texture. The almond flour makes the difference

Terrible. Save Your Money.
I bought this because Whole Foods discontinued the pizza I normally buy. The pizza is very small; not a great value for $9.99. I cooked it according to the package instructions (425 degrees @ 11-16 min.) and after 11 minutes the cheese was cooked perfectly, but the pizza was not crisp at all. It was floppy. I put it back in for five minutes, then the cheese was burnt and the pizza was still floppy. No crunch whatsoever, and no taste. For a few dollars more, I can order delivery of gluten-free pizza... so that's what I'll do.

Best gluten free pizza around - just see the awesome ingredients
Most gluten free pizza uses gums and fillers to provide a consistent taste. Capellos is the only brand that uses high quality healthy ingredients while tasting amazing. It's my favorite gluten free pizza and I've tried them all. Definitely worth the higher price.
