1 of 3 Lights on the Bar Works Intermittently
Out of the package, 1 of the 3 lights in the fixture works intermittently. It will come on, but if the trailer is bumped, one light goes out. Pulled the bulb holder out and a copper spring clip dropped out with it. Found the problem... Contacted Dry Launch ( Sierra Design Mfg, Inc. ) they told me it must be a bad solder connection. Told me to contact seller for exchange.Problem is this leaves me without use of the trailer until an exchange is processed and a new part arrives.I have never experienced such poor customer service response for a problem they know to be a manufacturing defect.
