This book left me in pieces. The ending literally crushed me. After rereading the last chapter for what seemed like the hundredth time, I read the book again. The imagery scattered throughout is outstanding. The feel of the book as a whole is spectacular. I feel there were some short comings in character development but this is a very large book so its understandable to skimp a little when the bulk of the book punches you in the face with information. Victoria Evers has a unique writing style and I never can quite explain it other than I am entirely captivated by every single word and completely mesmerized by this story. I patiently awaited the arrival of the third installment and it was every bit as delicious as I had hoped. I will be patiently awaiting the fourth book and rereading the series a bazillion times in the mean time. Absolutely remarkable.

Firstly..I read all 3 books in 3 days. I can't wait for the next book. 😍 I'm obsessed with this story line. Victoria Evers just might be my new favorite author.But with that being said..I just wish the editing/proofreading was held to a higher standard. There's really nothing that hurts my soul more then to really love a book series and see typos and misspellings. Get it together yall..Anyways, this series is amazing. Thank you for writing such an amazing break from reality!

Good plotting all coming together. Twists that are both unexpected and inevitable. I like some of the supporting character development.

The character building is wonderful Kay and Blaine had my heart. Their is a love triangle but trust me you will root for the underdog or under world we in his cas. His brother Sal is hilarious even though he does some shady things to help his brother to try and get the girl. I can’t wait for the fourth book to be available in paperback so I can complete my series on my book shelf! Happy reading!!!

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves romance and fantasy.When I started reading this book I almost thought it was going to be one of those books that are only full of romance and vampire/werewolf transformations like every other book these days. But let me tell you how wrong I was. The author used quite unique mystical creatures, and she used the best techniques to keep you reading. She has an amazing way of making you feel the reality of the book, and I was hooked from page one.If you love series like the vampire diaries then this is definitely a yes to read! Full of plot twists. Full of mystery. Keeps you wanting more. More of Kat, more of Blaine, more pages!!Patiently waiting for a book four though...I almost died when the book ended the way it did!!

****This may contain Spoilers, read at your own risk****I have been waiting for this book since forever! The story of Kat, Blaine and Reese is one that has stuck with me for the last few years. I could not get it out of my head! It is one that once you read, you find yourself at random times thinking about the characters and the world that Victoria created. Viperous did not disappoint me. I will admit there were times I wanted to throw my phone across the room. I am a hard core team Blaine fan. So anytime Reese is around I just wanted to write in "and Reese died..." lol I know that would make for a rather boring story so I guess Reese has to stay for now.There is so much packed into this book. Who are the good guys? Who are the bad guys? Who knows?! Everything you thought you knew, you don't. This is axactly what pulled me in. So many twists and turns, betrayals galore.My favorite part of this book is the Underworld. It is written so well that I actually felt like I was there. I have such a vivid picture in my head and it just looks so beautiful. I loved learning that just because something is dark, doesn't make it evil.Favorite side character? That'd have to be Val. Seriously fell inlove with him. He kinda reminds me of Damon Salvatore. That's the vibe I get from him. Snarky, dark, little emotion but fiercely loyal. And you know incredibly sexy.Thank you Victoria Evers for giving us this incredible world. Please, please let Blaine come out the winner of Kat's heart! He deserves it! Also PLEASE do not kill Val!!Also loved that Cyrus's little girls name is Genevieve 😁 kind of partial to the name.

If you’ve made it this far, you really want answers on Kat’s lineage. What was Reese hiding? You want resolution to the complexity of Kat and Blain’s relationship. You do. But then it gets more complicated. Overall, the author does a great job putting SO much detail into scenes. She can really pull you into the world of the book.Here is the problem(s). As someone who read the last two books I still constantly get frustrated with the pace. She leaves you hanging on plot development and the premonitions and visions only confuse me more. What are the point of them? There’s so much legend and lore and I can’t figure out what I’m supposed to pay attention to. The chateau is where you get the most answers as well as the cabin. Everything else is frustrating to make sense of.POV from Blain is endearing and really helped to flesh him out and honestly he’s my favorite character.Kat....ooohhh Kat. She is so infuriating. I loose my patience with her in all the books. She called herself toxic in this one—and I was like. Yes. Yes you are. She is so unnecessarily stubborn and her mental blocks on her feelings is torture. So wishy-washy! I can honestly understand, Hex or not why Reese wants to do what he is compelled to do. The girl cannot communicate and assumes so much. I just want someone to lay everything out for the girl. She’s SO lost. And she doesn’t TALK. Use your words Kat!So. I’ll be reading the next installment because I’m so invested. This author is complicated and I want to love her work but my goodness this is a ride on my emotions.

Omg!! I started this series 5 days ago and could not put them down!! Please please tell me it won't be long until book 4 is available!! I hate it when I am left hanging!! #teamblaine all the way!! I love all the characters, and would like to visit the underworld ha ha ha ha! You made it sound amazing and I felt like I was actually there. I am desperate to read book 4.
