No, the 19 will stick out about an inch. So no the lazer will have to be removed to fit.

Q: Will this fit a glock 44?

It will, but loosely. It fit my 22 which is the 17 frame. The 44 is basically a 19 frame. I gave this holster to my boss and it fits his 19 in width, just loose. I’d buy a kydex form fitting. This holster is not very comfortable at all and digs into the belly.
