Weight loss is such a fickle monster when it comes to supplements as so many products on the market just try to decrease hunger through overstimulation ingredients (high dose caffeine typically), and so many others pixie dust "fat loss ingredients" into their products as well. The truth is that there's only a handful of lipolytic (fat loss promotion) ingredients that can assist weight loss, and this product has a few of them! First and foremost, no weight loss supplement or ingredient will put you in a state of fat loss without any dedication to nutrition and exercise. These are supplemental to a proper plan of attack. Secondly, dieting can be difficult on the body. Chromium has some promising research with carbohydrate management, and cayenne + bioperine have been reported to have beneficial antioxidant behaviors. A quick look into Olive leaf extract shows some interesting research around preventing obesity during overfeeding. With my experience in other products in this category, the inclusion of Forskolin is easily my favorite part of the profile! Thermo Burn has a tremendous ingredient profile that has been shown to help with weight loss and overall fitness. It took me about three weeks to start noticing the weight impact this has had for me, but I did see appetite suppression after the first few days of use. This is the milder version ("yellow") from Iron Brother's thermo burn series. I had the experience of taking the red version (will call it "Red" from now on), which has more stimulant and extremely potent, so I decided to give this one a try when I noticed that Red was not temporarily available in the market. Different from Red, Yellow does not give the mild discomfort. However the trade off is that it is noticeably less effective. With Red, the effect is very pronounced within 30 mins as you start your meal or your workout (following the direction, taking it 30 mins prior to meals/workout). The side effect of yellow is much milder and I do not experience the excessive sweat or jittery feel as in Red. That said, the weight loss is also much slower and so it becomes harder to help me lose the very last bit of fat. So there you have it: if you want to use fat-burning product that's efficient and you are okay with some discomfort, then the RED is for you. If you want to do so w/o the discomfort, then the Yellow would be perfect for you.

I’m one of those humans that’s sensitive to caffeine in general. Every weight loss pill I’ve tried over the years, so far has made me jittery and feeling like I’m having a panic attack. Which is no fun. I’ve been working on my figure for 2 solid years now without any diet pills . Just a good workout routine and eating healthy. However, I’ve hit a plateau.. and nothing seems to be helping , I’ve changed up my routines to what I eat and the stubborn mid section and thighs seem to want to stay lol granted they’ve gone down by a lot and I’ve built a lot of muscle throughout my entire body. But , I want the fat all gone lol My job is very physical, I lift on average 6-10k lbs a day! Yes you read that right lol five days a week. Anyways, I knew there were diet pills out there that didn’t have stimulants in them, however, I was having a hard time actually finding them. I did take with food right away, even though it says take 30 mins before. However, sometimes when I take supplements such as vitamins without food, I feel like imma blow chunks soon after, so I just took a protein shake . The only thing I will say, is when I’m moving with work, I tend to sweat a lot more than I normally do, which is a lot in the summer, my job is also outside in a high dry climate- so it’s been high 90’s this year, Anyways, I believe this is the ingredients working lol I also consume 130 oz of water before these pills, I now drink more, bc they do make you very thirsty when you’re active. lol So you pee a lot and out goes the fat lol When I’m not working, I still take 2 a day, I haven’t gotten comfortable yet to take the higher dosage. I still feel the extra sweating when I’m exercising at a more lower key level. I still drink the same amount of water , my 2-3 protein shakes a day and a nice dinner meal filled with protein & some veggies lol I don’t consume junk food,sugary snacks or anything bad for my body. If I wanted to do that, all this effort would be pointless lol Once I finish the bottle, I’ll update with what I’ve lost in fat and what I’ve gained& my over all experience with these diet pills. So far so good. I’d recommend trying them and seeing if they work for you. Especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine . These just might be your game changer !

Red was sold out so I thought I would give the yellow a shot. Don't do it! If you can handle the more intense 'red' thermo fat burner you will literally feel nothing taking the yellow. To clarify I mean I did not feel the benefits of the appetite suppression with these pills as I did with the red. I also didn't have any energy boost.

This works as I expected. It definitely suppresses my appetite and based on my fitbit I appear to burn a few more calories when I exercise (likely due to more energy thus giving a little extra during my workiut). It’s not a magic pill, (they do not exist) but if you need a boost with controlling your appetite and more energy for exercising then I say give it a try. I have lost 1.5 lbs while on in and I mostly attribute that to appetite suppression, which for me is what I really need help with at the beginning of my journey. I plan to use these for that little extra boost while also eating healthier and getting more exercise.
