Instant hydration without a sugar hangover
This stuff is brilliant! First time I tried it, I was on the verge of a dehydration-driven headache. Within 5 minutes of drinking, I felt fantastic. I've continued to use for instant hydration before and after running ... works every time! And, it doesn't seem to give me the same sugar-hangover feeling I can get from Gatorade.I prefer the orange flavor. I don't normally like orange-flavored anything, but this actually tastes natural. (I also tried the strawberry lemonade, which sounds delicious but isn't. It doesn't taste like either strawberries or lemonade.)

Good drink, only like the orange flavor!
I like this drink alot, its pretty tangy but i like the orange, there is a "starfruit" flavor that is really nasty, tastes like liquified sweet tarts but the orange version is good. Alot of sodium in this drink but other than that i like it alot.

Hoist is awesome
This product is really a life-saver. Tastes better and (in my opinion) works a lot better for rehydration than the other products on the market without all of the high-fructose corn syrup. We started buying Hoist for my daughter. But now, the whole family uses it. I highly recommend this product for any time you are exercising strenuously or need rapid rehydration. It's great!
