I think it is an amazing product to reinforce the diet for hard work
I recommend this product for any people with high requirements for work, study or stressful conditions. I found it very usefulfor people of advanced age.

Good source of protein--if you can swallow a school bus!
These capsules are a good source of vegetarian protein. But they're quite large--kind of like swallowing a school bus! It took some practice to get them down. They hurt my stomach if I take them without food (my stomach felt like it was trying to digest rocks). But as long as I take them with a few bites of food in between, they're okay. I'll probably order some more!
