After I was given the Clap as a Christmas present several years ago, a friend of mine thought it was so funny she asked me to bring it to her wedding so we could sneak it in pictures. She's such a happy sweet person, I thought I'd give her Herpes because it looks like a sunshine. The main body of this toy is about the size of a baseball, so it's the perfect size to take on her honeymoon and show off her Herpes in the vacation photos.

Who doesn't love a sun-shiny herps? After I got a mini one for a friend, a few more friends said they wanted one, too. I bought two intending to give them both to friends. One of them arrived with a scuff on the eye which I was unable to rub out, so I kept that one. That was the only slightly disappointing thing. I own several others, and it hasn't happened before, though.

I'm giving this to a friend as an inside joke for her birthday. Unlike real herpes, this plush toy is super adorable and fun to play with. The little tag is informational as well. Unfortunately I still have this little guy in the box it arrived in (it arrived quickly, mind you), so I haven't had a real chance to interact with it and play with it, but it's still a fun toy to have lying around.

What better way to tell your partner you gave them Herpes than with this!On a more serious note:These make great joke gifts for fun gift exchanges. There are many other humorous microbes on Amazon as well so search around. They also have plenty of non-STD microbes that might be great for an elementary school science class.
