Good value, accepts same size socket as OE lug nut has the correct seat and has a decent finish.
My new lug nuts came packaged very well with a foam insert in the box with cut outs for each lug nut so they show up as manufactured. they came with a slight coating to protect the finish and to give them some corrosion resistance while sitting on the shelf. These are inexpensive Chrome lug nuts you will not get a show quality lug nut for the price ( under close inspection you will see a bit of waviness to the finish but unless you are standing on your head they look as good as any much more expensive lug nut I have ever seen. Yes they are chrome so this means they will require wax to prevent them from rusting. if you wash your car with lots of soap that strips off the wax they will need to be re coated with wax again. if they ever rust it will be because I allowed it to happen. I will admit this is the second set of lug nuts I ordered for my truck, the first set they sent me was much more expensive 4" long blue spike lug nuts meant for 8 lug aftermarket wheels. In trying to resolve this all I wanted to do is have them send me the correct lug nuts and I would send them back the lug nuts they sent by mistake. instead my Credit card was refunded and I was told to just keep the wrong lug nuts and if I wanted to order the correct set again they would make sure they were sent out correctly this time. it was a pain but I did finally get the right lug nuts and my truck looks great again. So I give them 5 star for everything from fit to finish ( considering the price ) had they cost more I would have expected more. 5 Star for packaging 5 Star for customer service but it left me feeling bad for the manufacture that they lost a much more expensive set of lug nuts that I cannot use and no not want . ( and I would have been happy to mail them to a customer on their behalf ) yet they will just sit on my shelf until one day I buy a set of aftermarket wheels .

Amazon fitment guides not always right
Like so many others, own an older vehicle the came from the factory with 2 piece lugnuts. IOW, a stamped "coat" is installed over the the tradition nut. Well, corrosion starts between the stamping and the nut. The "coat" swells and makes it difficult if not impossible to use the lug wrench or socket to remove or install the nuts. So people are removing and replacing the factory nuts with a one piece lug nut. At this point, don't know how the plating will resist surface corrosion but these can't "swell". But that isn't the issue entirely. Be careful what you order. There are many sizes of lugnuts and matching them can be confusing. The thread size and depth make all the difference in the world. Since these are closed end nuts, if you get too short of a nut, the lug stud will bottom out and the wheel will loose or the end of the nut will blow out or the stud itself will strip. And the outer dimension of the nut if not matching the original size will make the factory wheel lug wrench impossible to use. I had to return the first set because while the thread size was correct, the nut size wasn't. And even at that, the fitment guide did not recognize that. IOW, don't count on the Amazon "it's going to fit" guide being always right. Other than that, these nuts appear to be be good quality, Curse is these days, if you don't use a proper tool to install these you may distort some of the plating. If possible use a flank drive 6 point impact socket. That vastly reduces the load on the tips of the nuts. And torque then on install and after a couple days of driving.

Paint chips
The paint on these will chip exposing the metal and they will rust. UPDATE Ok Ryan, even though you are out of the 30 day return window and the 1-year warranty. We'd like to tell you that it's clear they have been installed with a pneumatic gun... and unfortunately, that's why they've started rusting. Please keep in mind we have plenty of years of experience and we are 100% sure on this. After more than a year and a half... have you had the tires rotated? cause perhaps you did the installing perfectly, but the shop that rotated the tires, used the impact gun and produced the rusting afterwards. Also, don't forget to keep in mind the extreme weather conditions. Although, it's clear in your case, that it wasn't the issue. Thank you! I find your tone very accusatory and in no way a customer service resolution. If you look at my original review shortly after I installed the lug nuts “by hand” I identify that they chipped and would likely rust. It turned out they did rust at which point when my vehicle was serviced I did not provide instructions to refrain from using an impact gun. The weather conditions where I live are not “extreme” as you suggest. Perhaps you should educate yourself, I live in Vancouver where we are lucky to get snow 3 days, not in Antarctica Please find the attached pictures of when I first removed them to put on winter tires. I’ll just take the customer service issue up with Amazon

4.5 Stars for now. But will they rust and if so when?
My install is for a 2008 1500 Chevy Silverado work truck and I bought a set of 4 2024 OEM wheels. These lugs work just fine. Simple installation and no marks. My only concern is all the reviews mentioning rust. I'm in the Sacramento valley and the only thing that gets rust is when I leave a tool out. Possibly if you live near the ocean you're more susceptible? What I do know about chrome is it does not rust but the steel underneath the coating will. Poorly coated items will show rust quickly. On another note: All were tightened to 140 ft lbs of torque successfully. Will update if I experience any issues especially rust.
