Great quality
I got Knipex and these Tsunoda pliers at the same time. Putting them side by side showed a surprisingly striking difference in quality. Tsunoda is much more refined product compared to poorly finished Knipex. The fit and finish of Tsunoda is just fantastic. They feel very nice in my hand. The serrations of the jaws are very fine. Surprisingly good product.

Best Pliers made
If you need excellent pliers and cutters, you can't go wrong with Tsunoda quality. Best I've found for needle nose and wire cutters. The zip tie cutters are phenomenal.

Just for medium or low work duty
Would give this 5 stars up to its design and utility, yet It is not for heavy duty. 0.41 safety wire will give it a hard time on tie spots. I like it but I agree that the spring pop out alot in tool bag. I need to put like a rubber band to keep it stable.Update 2020, to put in some screw or nut on the spot where even my fingers couldnt reach, it is one hell of a good tool for the job.

They work
Gave 3 stars b/c I picked these for their color. They came as dark navy blue. No where remotely close to the photo

Good tool with a flaw
Tsunoda makes good quality tools for a very reasonable price. My particular pair of these pliers have the teal-ish handles, as I understand it's a coin toss depending on the lot from the factory whether you get this color or the rich blue shown in the photos. They're compact, have a good bend, and have decent serrations to aid in grip. Now for the flaw: as others have mentioned, the spring is not retained very well. As in, it depends on you to not spread them super wide or it'll just fly off. If you don't open it any wider than the spring already opens them, you'll be fine. Consider putting a rubberband around the handle or something to help it from accidentally getting lost if you keep your tools loose in your storage.

Good pliers weak spring design
Pliers themselves are really well made but the spring that goes between the handles falls out very easily and got lost pretty quick. Was disappointed on this since these tools are known for their engineering
