cheap quality and no customer support.
the quality of the bag material is very poor and in just 2 usage the side line got cracked and the upper material also came out. I don't know where to reach and how ti get it replaced. It does say it has 2 years of warranty, Hoping the seller shall address this.

Awesome Light Weight Travel Bags
It's amazing...It's light weight and the colour is just amazing the photo can't be do any justice to how awesome the colour is in person...You can fit so much in the bags if you use vacume bags to store you can also save some space...it awesome n i love this bags using it since Dec19 so happy with purchase 🥰🥰

Broke in one trip
I bought it for my wife, while on her return trip(2nd use) it arrived broken in the belt. Such an embarrassment. Never buy this product. Very poor quality.Update: i sent an email to romeing customer service on 27th Sep today being 5th Oct, i still haven't got any response from them. Sent another emaul today, hoping for some response.8th October: The company sent me a replacement even though they claimed that warranty doesn't cover airline handling damage. I appreciate them on that aspect. But the replacement they sent already has visible dents on both the corners which doesn't give me much confidence about its realiability. Have uploaded the replacement bags picture as well.

I just took it to one trip and the zip has ripped apart only perk in this that it looks good and decent quality

Fantastic luggage bag..and very nice colour
Fantastic product for the given price and total value for money..The colour is mesmerising and built quality is sturdy and lightweight....the trolley/wheels also are smooth..wheels are bigger size than monopolis series..kudos to amazon for timely delivery...
