Does what it says
Bought to live stream from a video camera in a car to YouTube - it's small and compact and does what it says on the tin. The Chinese to English documentation makes it a little confusing at first but the customer support is very helpful and quick at getting back to you

This did exactly what I wanted it to do at a great price. It's configuration was easy and very flexible.

Issues with compatibility
I got this to stream the output from my older DVR for CCTV, as the DVR has a proprietary streaming solution which depends on obsolete Internet Explorer stuff. At first it was tricky to get it set up on my home network, but once I had resolved that issue I found that it simply would not stream the HDMI output from the DVR. To be fair, it did stream the HDMI output from my laptop, but with considerable latency. I suspect that it is a bit finicky about the HDMI input, and frankly wasn't suitable for my purpose, so I returned it for a refund.

Amazing product and the best customer support!
I purchased this product and had some initial problems getting it to work so I reached out to their support team. Within minutes I was online with Teresa who could not have been more helpful! We identified the issue (which was my end) and got the encoder working perfectly. We also got the firmware updated and more. The stream was crystal clear when using VLC but the program I needed to use it with had a less than perfect image. This was down to my software, not the encoder so the development team started to rewrite the firmware just so it would work better within the program I needed to use. Absolutely amazing customer support. By far the best I have ever encountered! Brilliant product and very happy with my purchase and the company behind it.
