Used for chemo-Taxol - These made a huge difference
These Cold Therapy Socks worked to minimize the effect of neuropathy on my feet as a result of the Taxol infusion. I also used a pair of mittens on my hands but they didn't work so well - so I bought another pair of these to use on my hands. I am so happy they worked so well. I hope everybody has as much success with them as I have had. Good luck and Be Well : )

Don't stay cold for long enough
They are comfortable and convenient to put on and to wear but the ice packs that you insert inside the socks are so small that they thaw out quickly. Still, I use them and they are effective for whatever amount of time I can squeeze out of them. Have to have a back-up pair.

So, I have Bunions & Hammertoes on both feet & after a busy 9 hrs. working/walking at the casino, my feet are dead! I found this magical product & it makes my feet feel so much better. It was absolutely fabulous to find a product that makes my feet feel better.

True to size and effective
We were afraid these might be too small for my husband's feet, but they fit well and they really help his fatigued feet.

Impractical. Straps are useless. Would not recommend.
I only got to use them once because the stitching on one was unraveling a bit, however, I am NOT basing my review on that. That could’ve easily been fixed by anyone with a basic understanding of how to hand-sew a little.I opted to return them rather than repair them for a few reasons:1. Despite the directions saying only to microwave them for up to 15 seconds, I had to microwave them for 3 full MINUTES, flipping them over ever 30 seconds. They just would not heat up. It took way too long to get them just warm enough.2. They were a lumpy, awkward fit. Forget walking in them, even just to use the restroom.3. They do come with 3 straps each to attach them, but only one of the straps is sewn to the actual “sock”. The other two straps are just loose elastic with Velcro, which could easily get lost.4. The elastic straps are way too thin to provide ANY compression. They were basically useless. The ONLY reason I would ever wear these socks is to warm my toes before bed on a cold winters night.*I did not attempt to use them for cold therapy. After they failed me satisfy me with heat therapy, I decided to return them.

Gooid icing alternative
With three different pouches for gel packs these socks cover the entire foot. And, if spot icing is desired, two gel packs will fit into one pouch.
