Casa AndreaMilano 2 Piece Modern Grey Soft Tufted Micro Suede Sectional Sofa Couch with Reversible Chaise & Ottoman, L Shaped Sectionals (Grey)

I bought this couch in Dec 2019. It is now April 2020. The couch is falling apart. The frame of the couch is very thin and is held together with long staples. The back of the long piece of the sectional is supported with two one inch by one inch pieces of wood and staples. The staples have pulled free and the back of the couch is only secured by the upholstery sandwiched between the base and the would be supports. This couch has not been subjected to rough treatment and the couch rests against a wall. When I contacted customer service they informed me since it has been more than 30 days I am not owed any help, I only asked for them to replace the defective pieces. The customer service representative then apologized for any inconvenience. Do not purchase this couch unless you are handy and willing to put in some effort to reinforce it and then retack the upholstery. The problems began as soon as I began to assemble the couch but since it was Christmas and I needed the sectional ASAP I fixed the faults and just brushed it off. Two issues... When putting the couch together I had to retap one of the nuts embedded in the bottom to accept the feet. (Very flimsy plastic feet)One of the bolts that is used to secure the back of the couch was damaged. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase a new bolt.If all of this doesn't warn you away. Know that the fabric is a very pale grey. Shows every bit of dirt and the cushions unzip but are threaded to a board on the bottom that gives the pinned look to the bottom cushions. Making it difficult to remove the covers to clean. The cushions are also very quick to lose their shape and the fabric pulls away from the pinned in places after less than a month.In order to return the couch you must also have all the original packaging and bar codes so keep that in mind as well.

Covers NOT washable due to the fact they are made IMPOSSIBLE to remove!! After removing the first quilting string that was secured with a button, the remaining quilting is STAPLED to pieces of wood. I would have to completely remake the cushion covers after washing!Also, the color is a LOT lighter than I expected. I have three big dogs that drool. Within a month, the cushions were discolored and needed washing, which is when I discovered the manufacturing cheat. Now I'm stuck having to cover the entire thing in blankets to attempt to have a clean spot to sit.

For starters, shipping was a nightmare! This couch comes in four boxes. We received three boxes at the same time (after a very long wait, possibly due to COVID-19 delays). The fourth one came WEEKS later and just so happened to be the one with the instructions in it. The seller and UPS just kept passing the buck to one another before the seller finally decided to make it right and re-ship (took about another week and a half to get it). Once we finally got it put together, it became clear that it was not going to last for very long. It's very poorly designed. You cannot put weight on the arms or the back of the couch. They aren't strong enough and even though we aren't very heavy people. If you don't intend to have the couch positioned in a corner where the wall can hold it up (ours if floating in the middle of the room) you can forget about it. The segments of the back don't even line up and there is no latch to hold the corner of the sectional together. I am so beyond disappointed with this purchase. First and last time buying furniture without seeing and touching it in person.

Bought this couch two years ago. Pretty confusing to assemble.After only a couple months, the springs in the chaise seat started becoming extremely uncomfortable. As you can imagine, they have only gotten worse - when I lay on the sticking-up springs too long, my legs fall asleep.The other night, I was leaning back against the long side of the couch and the back completely gave out, as you can see in the picture.My dad has couches that he’s had for 20 years. This one lasted 2.

The gray was completely liter then in the photo which im glad about. Easy to assemble but dont not use the plastic “washer” used them at first and the moment i sat on the sofe the back shifted, the metal washer and nut bent the plastic. I went to home depot and bought the same size as the plastic washer and redid all the screws. So far so good.

This couch was easy to assemble but not made well, couch broke several different times and when we ripped the black fabric off underneath to fix it seen just how poorly made the couch was cheap thin mismatched not cut properly length jacked up pieces of wood actually holding it togetherFeel like I wasted my money and constantly having to fix it with my own wood and screws and staple gun, absolutely ridiculous will never recommend

I loooooove my sectional, it is so soft and comfy. It looks very modern, I have gotten so many compliments on this sofa, it is perfect size and height. I only gave 4 stars because the chaise part does not attach to couch so sometimes it moves, but other than that I'm in love with this set

I think this couch is really pretty and convenient to wash but I’m really upset that we’ve only had It 5 months or so and the panels are separating it’s all still screwed in tight and we aren’t rough on It at all. This makes the couch look really cheap and we’ll need to replace It i thought we could get a lot of years out of It but We haven’t even had it 1 year - super disappointing.
