Umarex Big Blast (SMU)

The media could not be loaded. THIS ONLY WORKS WELL WITH 2-LITER BOTTLE NECKS or bottles with a similar sized opening. Average water bottles, etc. do not work. However, when you use a 2-liter with this product and fill to between 75 and 100 psi, it sounds like a small bomb goes off lol sorry neighbors. I put some colored powder in mine for effect and it turned out great.

I’ve only used these once but had a great time with my friends. I’m fortunate to live out in the country so I can walk out my back door, set everything up and start shooting. I was using a suppressed Ruger 10/22 Charger with sub-sonic ammo and the results were fantastic. A poor man’s alternative to Tannerite (and much, much safer & cheaper). I tried various size bottles & found the 2 liter ones the best. My friends have let me know they’re saving all their empty soda bottles and can’t wait to give it another go.

These are loud and a great idea if you live where you can use them you will need at least a medium powered air gun to explode them though or a very sharp pellet

I was so surprised how well these work. I put about a tablespoon of corn starch in each bottle to get both a sound and visual response. Cheap Costco water bottles with caps that open with only a half turn do not work. My favorite bottle to use are the ones that the Spasrkling Ice drinks come in. They are a solid thicker plastic bottle with a full size cap that has several threads.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical, but now I'm totally impressed. First try was with 50psi. I thought, maybe I will return this. Tried again with 100psi on a 2 liter cola bottle. About 20 feet away with a gammo pellet rifle - see video. Totally impressed with the noise it makes. The yapping dogs in the neighborhood went silent. VERY happy with this solid product. Would buy again .... and again!

Was a bit disapointed. It appears not just any bottle will do. Seems the name brand sodas are a whole lot tougher and when hitting them it will simply let the air out the hole. However: Using the off brand cheaper products we were able to get a real nice boom. Some of the tops were split in half (maybe due to pressure being too high?)PROS:You get it to work and it will make a loud boom!Nice to have string on the lids so you can hang the targets and not loose tops!CONS:Need thin walled bottles!Spooky airing them up!Some of the tops split in twoOverall, great fun for my nephew and a BB gun!

Worth the buy have used and reused several times. They hold pressure well. Definitely worth the buy

Tired it on 5 different water and soda bottles, and it couldn't form a tight enough seal on any of them to hold even pressure much less pressure.
