I wash my hair, then leave it in for about ten minutes. It makes my hair so soft and the ends do not look dry.

Q: I've never used a hair mask before, do you put it in your hair and then get out of the shower for 10 minutes? What do you do for the 10 minutes?

I use it in the shower and leave it in for two to three minutes, just like a conditioner, then rinse out. I can definitely tell a difference in the health of my hair using it.

Q: Is the mask used in conjunction with a regular conditioner? If so, do you apply the mask before or after conditioning?

Hi. You use the conditioner whenever you wash your hair. Then you use the mask weekly.
