Will these fit my 4 year old

They fit my 6 year old that has shoe size 13.

Says “big” so are they large size? but why is it for shoe size 9-2.5? i need socks for shoe size 3-9.

My grandson is 7, wears a size 1 shoe, and these were big on him. After many wears, washes, he still wears them, top is rather high top on him. I personally would not purchase these again, but to each their own. Quality is good though.
