Secured Credit: A Systems Approach (Aspen Casebook) 7th Edition

Don't get the Eighth Edition. We covered about 35 assignments in the book and there was one case that was different, and even then the holding of the additional case is included in a paragraph in this edition. The problems are virtually identical. The main difference are the order in which they appear, and the names used.

I got this book for my secured transactions class in law school. I really can't imagine anyone would buy this book if they weren't in a law school class. It is heavier on explanations than normal law books (compared to most books that are case heavy with short explanations). I like this better because it actually explains why things work the way they do. But if you're a practicing attorney, find a supplement instead.

SELLER: Great seller and nice book condition.BOOK: Okay. Not to bad, but the writer REALLY should have included an answer key. That would help students as they do homework. Professors will want the longer explanation anyway, so I nice short answer would've helped students to know if they're on the right track.

The book is fine, delivery was fast - just noting that there are dents in the front and back cover (with a chunk of the back cover torn), and the general condition of the book is pretty used, with highlighting and text.

I bought this online when the bookstore was out and on back-order. The original estimated date was 2-3 weeks, but it came within a week. I couldn't give 5 stars for a casebook no matter its worth just for spite. Let's be honest... no on e Loves casebooks.

As an used - good book, it's just ok, not that new as what I used to purchase.But it's still ok as a low price compared to a new one.

This is by far the best textbook I have used. It is perfectly organized for use in class, with consistent and sensible organization.

A+ great product and was everything I expected!
