It was actually a bit annoying to install, but it is certainly sturdy and tight afterward. If it is loose, it is probably because you aren't fully fastening and tightening it. I only had the torque wrench, but I needed to apply a counter rotation whilst tightening the one I was working on in order to properly tighten it. Otherwise, it would have been loose.

The tree is smaller than I expected. It says it has a 300 lb limit but how much weight each rod truly can hold, based on the size of screw used to assemble. I didn’t add more than 35lbs to a rod, will update if that weight shows to be too much. For the smaller size the spacing isn’t too bad I was able to do 25s on the bottom and 10s above it. In my opinion this is designed for smaller plates, 10lbs or less, you could probably do a lot with it for lighter weights. It would also be good if you wanted something that doesn’t take up much space.
