Bought this for a friend after hearing her complain out hers. She loves it! She's always admired my tea kettle by the same brand. The tea kettle is awesome btw. Will buy myself one of these toasters as soon as mine current one needs replacing.

I accidentally ordered 3 of these toasters haha. I was able to return 2, the company was so wonderful to work with that I felt bad having to return them but I don’t need 3 lol. The toaster itself is gorgeous and makes a statement. I love it. It works great and has different setting . I will definitely order from this company again

Good transaction. The Toaster is beautiful, but it does not toast a piece of bread evenly cross the bread surface.

I bought this toaster because I thought it looked beautiful if I decided to leave it out on the counter. I love the retro look along with the colors of black and copper. Now that being said, it really sucks that it burns my toast even on the lowest setting, but only on one side.. the side towards the middle of the toaster. Since I threw away the box right after I received it not thinking that there could ever be a problem with something so simple as a toaster, I've been dealing with the issue. I can only let my toast "toast" for a around 30 seconds and then pop it back up to turn the bread around and toast the other side. It's a huge pain because sometimes I forget and then I end up with black toast. I'm dealing with it right now because I paid over $70 for it but I think I will not keep it very long. So sad considering how much I paid for it and looked forward to getting it. I wish there was a way to fix it.

Beautiful toaster how ever mine toasts one side more than the other. But I’m keeping it because it looks great in my kitchen!!

I did a lot of research on roasters and what I found was that there isn’t “one best roaster” everyone has different opinions. So instead of buying the $200 toaster I went for one that had fairly good reviews and would fit my kitchen aesthetic. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the look of it. The color is perfect. At the end of the day it is a basic toaster but I like that it’s a real brand and not one of the random Chinese brands you see online. It toasts fine and serves the purpose. Great value
