I'm honestly trying to find something to complain about here, but just can't. We absolutely love this bidet seat. I didn't understand softness for the review so I'll say I love that I love the soft close. We've never felt so clean and can't imagine not using one again. Loved it so much we bought another for the main floor and will for the third bath when it's finished. It does everything - sprays, pulsate, can use for female parts as well. Has a fan that works surprisingly well so no odor while taking care of business, an adjustable heat setting for the water and for the seat. Even has a blower to dry you off and a night light. One thing to add, you need an outlet next to the toilet. We had one on the other side of the wall so it was an easy process to bring the electrical through. Buy one! You'll never go back.

This is the 5th and LAST bidet toilet seat model I have tried !! This one is absolutely perfect. You just are not going to get anything better.1. Easy to install. Screw down the bracket with the toilet screws and shove the toilet on the bracket.Screw on the plumbing fixtures and hoses and viola done ! I'm a lowly female, so if I can figure it outanyone can.2. The remote is easy to understand and EVERYTHING is adjustable. It is smooth on both sides so itcleans nicely, no cracks to accumulate who knows what.3. My husband loves the blue toilet bowl light. When he gets up at night he will actually walk to theother end of the house just to pee in the toilet that has the lighted bidet seat....and I've noticed hisaim has improved tremendously.4. The water presser is great ! It is also adjustable. It also will pulse or bubble if you want.5. The blow dryer has a high and low setting. It will run for 3 minutes, which is more than sufficient.The High setting also has high heat and I've found that it gets a little warm if you let it go for the full3 minutes. It dries very well.6. There are 3 water temp settings. I leave ours on 102 degrees. It generates plenty of hot water for thejob at hand, we've never run out.7. Also has a deodorizer that you can set to run...I've really never had a use for that since wehave bathroom fans...8. You can save settings for 2 people. Which makes the remote especially easy to use.I know there are more expensive bidets toilet seats available but unless they actually have a brush that scrubs your butt I cannot imagine what they would have that this model doesn't. I liked it so well I purchased another one for my other bathroom too ! Now hubby won't have to walk at night...

I really like this bidet. I purchased it because a friend has the same one, and I was not disappointed. Install was easy after we turned off the water--the handle was difficult to turn, but that's not a problem of the bidet seat. instructions were easy to follow. The adjustable wash, choices of front or back, heated seat (which can be calibrated or turned off) are all very nice features--no more toilet paper! The night light feature can be turned off, too. The remote is convenient with many settings. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean, fresh, bottom.ALSO, the air freshner/deodorizer really works, too--so no more Air Freshner

Install was pretty straightforward. The bidet function is pretty good - hot water doesn't even last through one washing, so it's gonna get a little chilly towards the last half of the cycle, and - as others have stated - the blowing dry feature is pretty worthless.

Comfort,warmth,stability.Has become indispensable.Great addition in bathroom.

I did a lot of research on BIDETS before making a decision on which bidets we would order. We have three and a half bathrooms so making the right was critical for us. The USPA BioBidet UB 6800U was the most logical. It came with all the features that high Bidets come with at a much lower price and a nice three year warranty. The installation is easy and having a remote with easy to understand symbols, made using bidet easier even easier. The operating manual was well written and easy to understand. The graphics used to show you the does and don't's of using and maintaining the bidet less frustrating. Finally after spending time learning about the does and don't' the bidet is not a toy for the kids. Now having the BioBidet and using it I would recommend the BioBidet highly. You get a top line system at far less money then bidets that cost two to three times more.ts

So this is the THIRD one my family has bought in the last 3 months.. My parents have the first 2, no major problems, except that the seat sits lopsided & about to break, also sprays water all over our pants & clothes while sitting, along with spraying pee & water onto the floor. GROSS!!This 3rd one is just all around bad- no hot water 90% of the time, when it does want to work it doesn’t even last halfway thru a cycle. This brand/model is also extremely LOUD, which can be embarrassing, if others happen to be close by to bathroom (even with door shut it’s LOUD!)Lastly, the remote control is just stupid. Dumb design… WHY did they make it have TWO sides, when all it needed was ONE?! Makes zero sense. You literally HAVE to take the thing off the wall each and every time, as one side has functions that have to also be pressed on the other side of the dumb thing! The ONLY positive to this whole product is the LCD screen on remote.At $366 per toilet seat, they seriously need to have a better product worth the hefty price!Sadly returning this one asap, and have to start researching other brands all over again. I got one moved, got another, now ill buy my third. Great just dont expect a blow dry
