Protektor Model #15F Sissy Bag

These are really good bags to provide support for shooting from a bench or table. In the past I have tried cloth bags filled with shot, sand, grain and gravel with veering results. However these leather bags that are filled with sand are superior for several reasons. They don't leak, they give a very stable base, they are very durable and one more important thing wont harm the finish on the metal or wood of the firearm from repeated use.The leather is very durable and with at least minimal care should last a lifetime of continued use and handling.

I held off on purchasing this model at the web site doesn't really define what its best use is. What I have found is that this bag is no essential to the bench rest for me. It allows comfortable positions on a wide variety of butt stocks when the standard back rest will not. It also functions as a nice topper to my front rest when I need a bit more height.

The Protektor bags are well made and they use very good leather to make them. I have several and find them to be the best for the intended use.

This sissy bag is very well constructed from thick leather, and comes pre filled! Should last a lifetime :)

This bags is made in the USA out of tough cowhide and will last a lifetime. It is adaptable for many uses besides for padding your shoulder. I use mind under the straddle bag. Highly recommend these Protektor bags.
