I'm a big fan of this mug and Lily's entrepreneurial story on Kickstarter. I bought one for my not-so-ninja girlfriend, unfortunately it arrived broken. The stackable/open-handled design introduces a weak spot that renders the mug unusable. As I work in an office, stackability has no value whereas durability is mandatory. Leaving 3 stars for the hassle of ordering a replacement and having to be mindfully gently with it going forward. Hoping for a new sturdier ceramic line, will be the first to buy.==== update 9/28/2015 ====Well, I received the replacement mug and it too had a broken handle. Either I'm stuck in some "mug bad luck vortex" or there is a problem upstream. An observation on the packaging: the mug is rolled super tight in a long strip of packing foam-- this is likely adding pressure/tension to the already weak handles. Amazon may want to try packaging some foam in between the handles and the mug. Anyway, I really want this mug so am going to try ordering directly from Imagiroo. Wish me luck.

I bought it for my dad with benign tremors. It's great and a wonderful solution. I hope the 9 year-old who made it keeps up with her creative ideas.

I bought this cup for its unconventional aesthetic and superb design.Currently, it serves as an extremely stable candy caddy.It also functions admirably as a beverage containment module.Even though I heard it elsewhere, I still find it surprisingly stable.It is not knocked over easily.The handles' bottoms are smooth enough, that a knock to the side causes the mug to slide instead of tip on most tables. You really have to try to tip it over.All in all, it is a superior alternative solution to the beverage containment problem.

the cup is good idea however I received one broken

The design and function of these cups are wonderful for using in a microwave. Other ceramic cups have the handles so close to the cup that I burn myself when I heat things in them. These cups make it so I don't burn myself or the countertop. I love them!

Too heavy for someone with a disability and very fragile. Never again.
