Stens Lucas Oil Red N Tacky Grease, (10 Pack)

We use this grease for machinery it keeps everything lubricated and lasts a long time. It keeps bearings well lubricated and does not degrade due to heat or cold. Fits perfectly into standard grease guns and have no issues with spillage or poor feeding.

This is as good of grease as I have ever used. I have a corn planter that has linkages that work in heavy dust, dust so thick it 'dries out' most grease, starts squeaking, and can even plug the fitting. Since switching to this grease a few years ago, I have yet to hear the squeaking start between greaseings (greaseing according to the owner's manual). Holds in place as good as some $12 a tube grease I tried, and watching prices I often snag a box for $6 a tube. Best stuff for the money I have found, and I must have tried over a dozen different types/brands of grease.

My go to grease for my Scag mowers and farm tractor. It is high quality and most definitely tacky. Best price I can find for a 12 count case.

Great grease what can you say it's Lucas Red and Tacky probably the best out there.

Love the grease but if Lucas does not switch back to the old cardboard tubes, I'm switching to a competitor who uses cardboard tubes. The plastic sticks and is very difficult to remove the spent tube. With the old paper tubes you just needed to pull on the spring and slowly release to get it out, you could even launch it if you really wanted to because it came out so easily. I had to use pliers to remove the plastic tubes. My dad always said Lucas grease is the best but I will not be buying more unless sold in a cardboard paper tube.

Package needs to be better protected. Two grease tubs were broken and loosing grease all over the inside box. The rest all good. Grease has good quality.
