Such a brilliant little kitchen item to have. So simple, just pop it in the freezer for some chilled wine if you prefer without the watering down of ice. Wife and I both prefer chilled wine but also don’t like to leave it in the refrigerator. Couldn’t be an easier fix!

I really like the concept of this wine chiller. It gets cold pretty quickly and stays cold for a while. My only complaint is that the wine pours out very slowly from the spout.

Can’t use it in a full bottle or one that’s 3/4 empty. Aerator spout is slow. But yes, it does cool the wine when the proper amount is in the bottle.

Elegant and sleek in design. I so wanted to love this wine chiller. Regrettably, however, it fell short. Although it is self evident that one ought to pour out a glass of wine prior to inserting the rod, which is rather long, into the wine bottle because there is only so much room, I was so excited to try the product, I did not do this. (Yes, the instructions really should give a gentle reminder to people not to do this too!). Of course, out volcanoed a portion of wine from the bottle. So sad! If you have a nice bottle of wine, you especially want to avoid this outcome! In terms of functionality, the wine chiller does help to keep a chilled bottle of white wine relatively cool when left on the table on a hot summer's day, but not for terribly long, not even for 30 minutes. It is still better to have your fridge or ice bucket nearby to keep your bottle of wine nicely chilled.
