I was a little apprehensive about removing the chips from my original HP toner but seeing as this was *SIGNIFICANTLY* cheaper than buying genuine HP toner I decided to give a shot.Using the provided tool, it was actually super-easy to transfer the chip, and the print quality is completely indistinguishable from genuine HP so seems like a no-brainer. The only downside is that the printer now says the toner is low but seeing as the levels are wildly inaccurate even for genuine toner (and the warnings can be easily dismissed), this isn't really an issue.I've had the toner in for several weeks now and the print quality remains perfect, with no issues whatsoever.Strongly recommended, would definitely buy again!

Was looking for an alternative to buying official HP products and came across this product. Upon opening the box and using the incredibly useful instructions, despite it being a struggle, I found it relatively easy to install the product.In terms of product quality, I've not seen a drop in print quality from the official products which to me is a really good sign. Especially if the lifetime of the product is as stated and matches that of official products.All in all, this is a terrific cheaper alternative that would more than satisfy your printing needs with the quality you'd expect from HP products for a fraction of the price.

I recently inserted this particular batch into my printer, and the yellow toner's powder has been leaking. All pages now print out fully yellow and it has ruined my printer. I am disappointed that this has happened and I would like to speak to the seller regarding this.I haven't had any issues with buying non-genuine toners for my HP printers before. However, with this particular order, I have experienced this issue, but since it is out of my return window, I am unable to contact the seller regarding it. I didn't use the toners straight away when they arrived as I obviously had to wait till the previous toners were empty which is why I am now out of my return window.

The price of genuine cartridges are ridiculous and these compatables do the job well. Bit of a fiddle to change the chips but worth the effort to save over hundred pound. Print quality good, build good and generally all round worth the money

Great product that provides high-quality prints at a fraction of the price. It requires a little DIY, but the instructions are clear, and a handy tool is provided that makes it pretty easy overall. Just don't lose the tiny chip you need to remove from the original toner you are replacing.Will definitely be buying again in the future!

It saved us a lot of money on the original branded version but they were a bit fiddly to get the chip into and some didn't seem to register on the printer so we won't know when its empty until it stops printing. Not sure I would buy again but it was worth a try.

My problem was the chip was fixed in the HP original toner so didn't slide out as demonstrated so product didn't work that was very frustrating!Fortunately customer service very good and refunded my money even after 3 months which was the time it took me to replace the product.Make sure chip is removable before buying!

As with most people, I've been working from home and printing a lot. So when my cartridges ran out, I did a search on Amazon for a toner and was dismayed to about the prices from HP. After reading several reviews, I opted for these cartridges which I found to be far cheaper than OEM (it's like getting three for the price of one). So far I have had no issues with the quality and they have been doing the job just fine. I expect I'll buy some more when I run out again.
