Rip CurlMen's Mirage Core 20" Stretch Performance Board Shorts

These fit pretty true to size and the quality is worth the price. I have 2 pair now and they are my go-to when I'm out on the water.

These are awesome and I'm so glad I just decided to pay a little more, they are well worth it. The fit for me is right on, I have a little room to tighten and a little room to loosen. The pocket is nice and the zipper is working fine now. This newer material is not what I'm used to, but it's pretty good, just a bit more flexible than I like. I think I'll get used to that, maybe even like it more? Too soon to tell on that.

At first thought they were a bit see through but they turned out perfect. Like the heavy draw string. I have others that get knotted tight sometimes. Would order another pair.

It has sleek look and feel, much better than I expected!

I'm 6'3" and 180#. The 31 fits well. I prefer the simple drawstring design (i.e. no additional Velcro) in this Rip Curl vs. Quicksilver. This Rip Curl is also ~1" shorter in the inseam vs. all of my Quicksilver shorts and I prefer the shorter design when wake surfing. Knocking 1 star for slight product quality issue. The Rip Curl logo/branding on the back waist area is starting rub off after just a couple of wearings.

GREAT looking board shorts! I really like the length and fit. One problem I always seem to have with rip curl is that my "wang" always shows through (you can make out the shape CLEARLY). They may use a bit less material in the crotch compared to other manufacturers...not sure. You can wear tight nylon underwear with them if you have the same problem (or don't if you like to show off).

These shorts are made from a great material. However, I found that the quality control on the sizing is all over the place. I had 6 different pairs in different colors and waist sizes sent to me. The sizing is very inconsistent. Some 30" were too loose, while other 31" were too tight. If you find a pair that fits, you'll love em!

Durable high-quality shorts you notice as soon as you feel them. Great length ratio and the zipping pocket is a good size. They dry fast as well, 2nd pair.
