Okay for as an apartment starter set but flimsy as an investment piece. Pass on these & buy a better quality stool.

Gorgeous and heavy!
This is gorgeous, heavy, and very sturdy. The finish is a matte black with brushed gold accents. It looks industrial yet elegant, and the seat height is adjustable simply by spinning the seat. I had read other reviews that said that the legs were uneven, so I actually bought leveling discs. Well, I didn't need them! The stool stance is perfectly level and even!I I absolutely love how this adds an edgy element to the classic, elegant RH furniture in my apartment.
