I will be making Vanilla extract for gifts later in year. As soon as I opened the vacuum sealed package the aroma was strong and heavenly with no moisture. The color of the beans was rich and pure looking and I can’t wait to share the finished product with family and friends. The value was definitely worth the money spent.

These smell absolutely amazing. The 55 count that I got weighed about 4oz in the vacuum sealed bag it came in. I can't stop smelling them! The package is well sealed as well. I plan to use these for making double fold vanilla extract but will need to buy some more to make the amount I want.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:All came sealed tightly. Using it for vanilla. Was still fresh and not dry.

Great quality! Only one dry bean out of all 55 of them. Most of them were super moist and they smell great!

Nobody is perfect, thus the 4 stars. Got everything today and am making vanilla extract for myself, family and friends. As I have to wait for 3-4 months before I can test it won't have a definite answer until then. Overall appearance of what I got looks good and the smell was fantastic. In that I know nothing about vanilla beans I will say I appreciate the package that I got and while exploring the web site was impressed with what I saw. If my vanilla extract comes out like I hope will being more business with this company in the future.

I used these vanilla beans to make vanilla extract and crème brûlée. They were in good shape and smelled wonderful. It made 3 pint jars of vanilla extract.
