Great package of peppers!
I made some birra tacos, and cooked with these peppers! Peppers were good! I would definitely use these again and they are dried so you can store them if you don’t use them all! The bag is resealable too! Heat levels were correct for eat pepper! The peppers did work for this dish!

The peppers were pretty fresh, and they arrived quickly. Price is a little on the high side for the quantity received. Taste was very good.

Great for Mexican sauces.
Use these as a base for my sauces, just remember to soak them "long time" until very soft & use a quality blender to get them mixed well.
