Product must be deteriorating over time and they are making the blanket with cheaper quality materials. While it's soft it does not heat evenly or at all in some spots. I have noticed that when you turn it on it warms up fairly quickly that's all the good I can say about it. The heat on the High setting is luke warm at best. The lowest setting is almost like it's off. Then the even bigger issue is that not all the wires in the throw actually work. Whole sections of the throw do not warm at all. Leaving massive gaps in what's warm and wants cold. Very poor quality control. Another issue that isn't related to the throw is that this product came up in a search for King size electric blanket. This product isn't even as big as a twin so shouldn't be listed under both King & Queen size.

I ordered this because my feet stay so cold at night due in part to neuropathy. Immediately out of the box you just want to hug it and feel how soft it is. This blanket goes to bed with me at night under the cover, but it also goes to the couch with me in the evenings. My husband likes to keep the house cold.It’s very soft and heats up fast. The highest level can get a little too hot. My little dog likes to get on on end of it as well.It’s not a full throw. It’s long enough to cover my legs and up to my chest if I’m on the couch. I’m 5’3”. It’s not big enough to cover a bed. But it is wonderful. If in doubt…..just buy it. I love mine. I e had it almost a month, use it every day with no problems.Buy it you will enjoy it

Warm and soft with an excellent controller - it actually as 3 heat levels.For some odd reason, my dog Charlie likes to lick it! (Doesn't seem like a good idea for an electric blanket.)If I were to criticize anything, I would wish for a longer cord for the switch. Not a big problem, I would buy it again.

So soft on both sides! Very comfortable and heats up quickly. I find the low setting to be enough for me when relaxing or watching TV - medium is good for a little while if I have a chill - but the high setting is too warm for me. Love that the cord detaches for easy washing. I bought the throw size - wish it was just a little bigger. I like to cuddle under this while watching TV or reading a book, but I don't want the next smallest size - which is for a twin bed. Still, no regrets - love this blanket!

So I ordered this during a drunken night of Dungeons&Dragons, where I felt a wee bit chilly. I guess I took it upon myself to gift a future, sober me, this beautiful blanket. While it's not a color I may have picked out in a more reasonable state of mind, I have no complaints about this soft and cozy blanket. It keeps my tootsies warm and I look like a happy little goblin while rolling dice during game night.

I looked at several heated throws, but I settled on this one because of the price and I wanted something soft and pretty. It was hard to find them in the stores. What I did find were twice as much as this one, and they were far from pretty.The low heat is just enough to keep out the winter chill. It’s also a good way to cut down on your heating bill. I don’t need to run my heater as much when I’m using it.

Super soft and pretty pattern that looks just like the photos (got the marble print). It's super thin (just two sheets of fabric) and you can feel the thin heating coils inside - not the most even heating since the coils are spread far apart throughout the throw and do not reach the ends of the blanket, but it does the job okay. The lowest setting will barely feel warm. Overall just okay if you just want some light heating and soft and pretty fabric. I've only turned on the heating 4 times so far and no issues yet with the controller overheating, just don't let it sit on the heated blanket.
