This is probably my absolute favorite probiotic. It's the highest quality with the best blend for women for a decent price. As someone with all kinds of gut issues, these provide considerable relief. I have less bloating, gas, and discomfort over all. They also have a good blend for women's health, keeping everything under control, and preventing yeast. Truly a full spectrum product. Not sure if it's necessary, but I do store mine in the fridge.

I Loooooove these pills, love Love LOVE. I'm the chick that gets chronic Bv or yeast infections after sex 🙄literally 2days later, also If I'm too stressed or eat too much sugar. smh It's been my curse since I was a teen. No antibiotics ever truly help, they kill the bad stuff but don't replace the good that we need to keep things flowing smoothly. I've been using this brand for years, I love everything about these women's probiotics. They help with bloating, excess gas and keep your Bm's regular. If you go to the gym you’ll value these too, yup no more sweaty cooch odor lol ifykyk. TMI to some ppl.. but I just had a miscarriage and my system was all Fd up. I didn't even have sex.. YET I still got a horrible Bv flare up, not wanting anymore Dr trips or nasty antibiotics I ordered two bottles of these pills instead. They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that were happening😇 My best results when fighting any imbalance is to take a higher dose for 5-7 days •Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water, then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me it does! By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better period and increase your vaginal wetness.. Ijs most ppl leave that out BUT it's very Important also. I honestly can't say enough greatness about these probiotics.Do your Va'JJ a favor and try these pills, truuust me! These are great. They dont have a weird taste. They don't hurt my stimach or guve me gas. They seem to help with bloating and regularity. Recommend!

Compré este suplemento por recomendación de un docto y porque estaba en descuento, pero no me gustó nada porque hace que la orina huela raro, fuerte y hasta desagradable. Tan pronto dejé de tomarlos, todo volvió a la normalidad. Lo que si noté es que me ayudaba con los gases y no me sentía hinchada mientras lo tomaba.Edit agosto 2024: cambio mi calificación de 2 a 4 estrellas. intenté tomarlo nuevamente hace unos meses cuando estaba más saludable y comprobé que realmente es bueno. Si te provoca algún cambio en la orina puede ser que sea ya un problema que tenías desde antes.Esto no te curará ninguna enfermedad ni resolverá ningún problema. Si no tomas suficiente agua, si no te alimentas bien, no gastes tu dinero. Pero si cuidas tu salud esto te ayudará a cuidarla aún más, mantenimiento tu digestión saludable.Después de tomarlo por segunda vez cuando el problema que tenía con la orina estuvo mejor, comprobé que me ayudó a ir al baño mejor y me ayudó con la hinchazón del abdomen. Sí lo recomiendo.

Ugh! I’m so sad. I read all the reviews on this and was hoping this would be my “cure.”Not the case. This is the third probiotic I’ve tried without any relief.Will update if anything changes.**UPDATE**Ladies, ladies, ladies!!!Okay. SO. I love amazon but I wouldn’t recommend getting your probiotics from here. I ordered these awhile back and they didn’t do anything for my BV and off balance PH. Fast forward a few months and many probiotics later, I went back to this brand. I went for the 50 billion version and got it from my local vitamin shop. After about 2 weeks of taking it I can tell you that something changed down there. Less smell, less discharge, less itching and burning. Fast forward another month and I purchased the 90 billion CFU from ultimate flora. Now this is the one ladies. If you have chronic infections down there or even just a super off PH (pissed vagina) please try these. I’ve been taking these for two weeks and went to my gyno and she told me things are looking healthy down there! I was clear for BV a month ago and went to just get checked up so I will update if anything changes. After taking these my discharge is WAY less, smell is gone, itching completely gone, burning gone.. I even smell slightly sweet and like myself again. I am SO thrilled. Suffering with an off balance V is one of the worst things. But ladies don’t be embarrassed and please don’t give up hope. Keep researching, keep trying. Find a gyno who LISTENS to you. Don’t give up hope.I also wanted to add that I used the good and clean brand PH gel on and off during this and boric acid after my period. I think all of them probably helped but I can say once I quit taking the probiotic for three days (went on vacation) my symptoms were starting to come back, so I know this is what’s helped me the most.I will update if anything changes but I just wanted to come on here and share my story.
