My cat loves it. He doesn’t chew it though. He doesn’t destroy toys. He is very gentle with it. But he does love it.

My 4 all like catnip. Put the catnip insert in the toy per directions. One messed around with it for a few minutes when first presented. None of the others had any interest. It now lies forgotten in the sun room. I might try "soaking" it in a baggie with loose catnip. That has worked well to renew interest in cloth toys. Might help with this one. (That's why I'm giving it 2 stars -- it looks very sturdy, and in case the "soak" renews interest. If it does, and I remember to come back to this review, I'll update it.

This toy is just too big and heavy for a cat, or even for a small dog to play with. Size and weight suitable for a medium sized dog. Description says it has silvervine. Packaging says only catnip.

I got my youngest, most playful cat to gnaw on this a few times when I wiggled it for him and he got a good sniff of the catnip, but mostly he ignores it or hits it once like he's offended by it and walks away. It's awfully big and I think being green it has a little of the cucumber effect some cats get where a long green thing startles them because it looks like a snake? I couldn't recommend it unless the cat owner loves crayfish.

Purchased this to help my young cat with his dental issues. The cats played with it but not enough to make a difference dental wise.

I was worried about the size of the toy but my cats love it regardless.

My cat does not use it at all. Nothing. Not even with cat nip. Waste.

All three cats are less than two years old and none of them enjoy it. It's almost too big for them compared to other toys they enjoy. I would pass on this one.
