This is real good product, just a little high price. Some parts are Plastic and some cast material. However they have a Royal look and Quality definitely is the best. Instructions manuals and warranty card etc present in the box. The product packing is also the best. Will update once this is installed and is in use. I was looking for product that can block foul-smell, insects, rat, cockroach and reverse water during heavy rain (as we have ground floor unit and gets flooded in heavy rain. The flooding happens when the rain water enters inside our house ground floor via the drain chamber in our back yard. This one probably would block everything entering our house via Drain Pipes. Will update once this is installed on our house and is in user.

I was facing issue with my regular drain and looking for some solution. Before this I was puting a stone or some heavy item on pipe so that it drains water properly. But now after this the issue got resolved. It looks stylish and clean. Installation is easy however I 4 take help of plumber. The chrome finish is giviv elegant look. It is easy use and easy to clean as well.

Worst product ever by Kohler. Don't go by its finished look & brand name. You need to have a pin lock drain pipe which is not easily available. Also it has one directional valve but this valve instead of facilitating one directional flow to water acts more as restrictor. Lock system also not good. Pipe socket & manifold which goes inside also restricts flow. End result is water dribbling out. Forced to go conventional jaali & open port pipe ultimately. Don't buy. You have provision now days in your flow channels to prevent entry of any cockroaches. You don't need this.

Top can be removed and attached whenever needed Can be cleaned under a water tap with some pressure The attachment feels bit lose sometimes but practically its not an issue You are buying this so that the pipe is not sitting loose on the floor, make sure to bu y the right length pipe
