Tina Turner: Live In Amsterdam/One Last Time (2 DVD Set)

What can I say about this DVD except that it is amazing from start to finish. Tina is like a fine wine - she gets better with age and man is she good in this concert.If you're a Tina Turner fan, you must get this DVD set. I was on my feet the entire time dancing, singing, screaming, clapping, laughing...just having a blast!THIS IS TINA TURNER AT HER BEST! That unique unfailing voice, the hair, the mouth, the legs, the signature moves, THE ENERGY! Wow!. She is gooood! And how old was she when she did this concert tour? 57? I wanna be her when I grow up. She's my favorite singer and one of my favorite human beings. I love Pink too, but Tina is number 1.The band is on fire. The dancers are amazing. The fans are as Tina says, "wonderful."You will not be disappointed. This DVD is going in my safety deposit box. LOL! It's just THAT GOOD!I love you, Tina!!!

In an age of Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj and countless others who make claims about being artists and being consummate performers, it's great to see a real legend and artist showing us the true meaning of such claims. Tina Turner never had to make such pronouncements. She proved it with every performance and with every memorable song. They are unforgettable. I never had the pleasure/honor to see Ms. Turner live in performance because I was too young and surely couldn't afford it but boy oh boy am I so thrilled to know that there is a real record of her wonderfully feminine performances...sex appeal and I mean real sex appeal -not vulgarity- stamina, grace and hello, did I mention she's NEVER OFF PITCH!! She gets it right all the time. Consider that these performances are already almost 20 years old and the technology for on site vocal engineering was not in place. Tina Turner gives you all she's got and you never get the feeling she's completely spent when she's done.

This 2 DVD set captures Tina Turner in all her glory and energy and I'm very glad I purchased it. Unfortunately, it's not the concert I thought I was trying to replace from my DVR recording. This was also one made in Holland and was suppose to be her last one but neither of the DVD's I received are it. I wish there was someway I could have had a preview of the ones I received in order to know for sure what I was ordering. But the delivery was on time and the quality of the product was fine and I would use the vendor again.

A definite buy for TINA TURNER fans...This is the 2 cd live concerts from 1996 and 2000...I had seen her do both of these tours live in St.Louis Mo...The Wildest Dreams tour is the 1996 disc and One Last Time is the 2000 disc...Quite a bargain to get them both this cheap as you will pay more otherwise...For those who've not seen TINA live,all I can say is this is your chance to see some real rock n roll with a sensual stage show that ONLY TINA can provide...Both shows are top notch concerts with many rockin hits and some surprises for even TINA fans...You'll NEVER see "Heard it through the grapevine" like this. WOW...what dancers and TINA is THE BEST..at concert rock!!! You will never regret buying this one...Great gift idea? OH YEAh...party on!!!

I would recommend this 2 cd set to any TINA fan..it has the best concert I have ever seen of her and the sax player is very sexy too, and can really play the sax.Tina made a big comeback many yrs. ago now, and I am very happy she did, I always believed in her and after readingher book, I, Tina I got a whole new perspective on her life and her singing.She blows you away with every song on this double set, but I love GOLDENEYE done for the James Bond movie the best!!There is no one like Tina and I fantasize someday of a concert of TINA AND CHER, now that would be amazing!ROCK ON TINA FOREVER!All Tina fans should have this video collection...I waited till this came out as a double concert cd, but still love the single concerts too..all of them..BUY IT, you will see a fantastic concert collection..

This 2 DVD set is classic Tina Turner. The pictures and sound quality on one of the DVD's isn't as clear as I had expected, but it is still good. It is great entertainment if you are a Tina Turner fan because she puts her heart and soul into her performances. She exudes energy! It is a nice addition to my DVD library.

Really she is fantastic woman, sweeped away to every body on stage! All the time I was captivated by the way she sing and move... her energy and vitality make that you don't want that the concert gets finish.... She is only the One... and this DVD IS GREAT SHOPPING! IS one of my favorites...

Not good at all-we liked Live in Barcelona much better. Returned, Tina didn't sing as much, just alot of dancing-one thing that i liked tho was I got to see the sax players butt!
