Good brand

I can't give it 5 stars simply because I have never tried a similar seasoning blend and have no basis for comparison. Having said that, I have used this 7-Spice seasoning blend to make a beef braise. It was very complimentary to the braise and the braise garnered high praise from my wife. I thought it was excellent too if I say so myself. It is likely I will test another brand or concoct a blend myself from this or that recipe as it is my wont to do so. However, I have this very good product to fall back on should other brands fail to impress me. The next test will be lamb and beef kufta where the seasoning will be the dominant factor in my results. We shall see.

Came early and was what I wanted

This Kefta Powder is very well priced at only $13.99, making it an affordable option for making kofta kebabs and meatballs. However, the flavor is quite average. The kebabs I made with it were lacking in taste and definitely needed additional salt and spices to enhance the flavor. While it serves as a good base, I wouldn't rely on this powder alone to make great kebabs. It's a starting point, but you'll need to add your own seasonings to achieve the desired taste. For the price, it's a decent option, but don't expect it to be a one-stop solution for flavorful kebabs.
