Manhole remover that WORKS EASILY
As opposed to hooks, this device is a real back-saver. And it's not too heavy to carry around. Note that it is best-suited to removing the cover (the hardest part). I also carry a hook that I use to replace the cover, although the Easy-Off tool could also be used to perform this task.

Works quite well for removing the concrete cover from my septic system tank. A back saver.

Great tool to save my back!!!
This tool will really save my back and shoulders!!! This removes about 80% of the strain. you may need to have different size hook for different types of lids though.
