Received an open used bottle
Good product but I received a bottle that was less than half full. The packaging was not wet or stained inside so it didn’t leak in transit. I think it’s a party used bottle of product. There was a slim piece of tape across the nozzle but the nozzle cap seemed it had been twisted open previously.
