The tablets did not work i put on weight not losing it even when going to the gym as well I eat healty and wacth what I intake on food but the tablets don't work at all

I took this product at 8am, it gave me an abundance of extra energy, I’m an active person anyway. At 8pm my body temperature spiked where it stayed like this ALL NIGHT! I didn’t get an ounce of sleep due to I reckon it’s the caffeine… just be careful when taking but it did instantly suppress my appetite. Sending back today…
