Taking Pantothenic acid to help nerves rebuild some myelin. This tablet is no larger than an aspirin, one a day easy to swallow.

Purchased as was told this helps to improve skin...too early to tell as of yet but these don't have a taste and are less mg then most so that's a plus if you take a multivitamin that has it in it...no side effects

This is amazing for recovery from surgery, as well as for hair growth. My hair seems to be in better shape, but it could be the combination of Biotin, Silica, Pantothenic Acid, and Folic Acid that I take. My husband just had surgery, and I had him take it for faster healing.

I started taking this supplement immediately. I listened to a podcast on Dr. Mercola website about using B5 to heal IBS. I wanted to give it a try.
